Private Homes, Especially Beach Houses provide an excellent and most recommended Beach Wedding Opportunity. They are often very large and can accommodate many people in the wedding party. They also serve as the reception location and of course provide the property needed out on the beach to conduct the ceremony. They typically have high rental fees, but truly make for a one place does all event. Homes can be best rented through local rental companies, but VRBO can be helpful as well.

Ocean Reef Vacation Rentals, Wedding Homes - Represents Hundreds of local properties from deluxe Beach Front Homes to smaller resort condos and town homes. They will normally have a list of available units best suited for weddings. 850) 654-4651
This Park is an incredible example of Preserved Florida Beach Habitat and offers excellent parking, beachside pavilions and restrooms. Events here are easy and the wide open spaces give a greater sense of intimacy than many of the other more populated Beach Access Points. There are additional fees for events here above the normal package prices for our events but these fees are well worth it. There is just so much value in using a first class facility like this Park. The Park Fees vary based on what may be required to be reserved. We'd be glad to discuss those options with you as it relates to the event your planning.
